Cancellation / No-show / Reschedule Policy
Serenity Dermatology kindly asks that patients who need to reschedule or cancel their appointments give at least a 24-hour notice. A credit card number will be kept on file in order to make an appointment. No fee will be charged for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with at least a 24-hour notice or if you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are over 15 minutes late, it will be considered a missed appointment (no show).
As a courtesy towards other patients, please arrive to your appointment on time and if your appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled please give at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
If less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation/reschedule has been provided or if you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of $150.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, Serenity Dermatology may:
Shorten the length of your appointment/service
Reschedule your appointment to a later date or time, incurring a reschedule fee
